1. Long wait times in line; 2. The attendant took advantage of us, selling us a toll pass for the San Francisco to Los Angeles route even though there were no tolls; 3. Wrong car model, we booked the more expensive Suburban but were told it wasn't available at pickup and given a Tahoe instead, with a promise to swap it the next day, which never happened over three days; 4. Strongly advise against choosing this company.

Very good, the staff were polite and not overly pushy.

You can take a free shuttle from the airport.

The process was fast and friendly, much better than expected. Highly recommended.

Probably you should notify your employees that you use third party for bookings as well.
