Process of picking up the vehicle was too long and the counter staff was "just doing her job" and did not show enthusiasm to answer questions. Vehicle given was damaged as well.
Hidden insurance costs are a major issue. It feels like the information provided on the platform and the full insurance purchased were not properly synced with the rental company, so all the paperwork had to be redone. Renting on-site might be more reliable.
there is extra cost for my car pick up location which was not included in the prelim booking invoice amount, and with no explicit statement mentioning the above cost
