Los Angeles and Las Vegas Road Trip

The service attitude was okay, but because I did not purchase the additional insurance, the car provided was in poor condition. It was a red Kia with no power to climb hills, and the engine was unstable, functioning inconsistently. In the signal-less mountains, it almost stalled, scaring me half to death. During the 9 days of self-driving in the USA, I was constantly on edge, worried the car would break down in the middle of nowhere.

Good service, new car, and reasonable price!

The staff were very helpful, providing guides and assistance for online self-service car pickup.

I booked a sedan but was strongly pushed to upgrade. When I resisted, they gave me a hatchback, claiming that the model I booked was unavailable. I ended up with a Ford Focus hatchback, only to see the model I had booked right next to it in the parking garage.

Was very expensive for the short time we had it is my only complaint
