Forceful upselling of extra insurance

Because we had a lot of luggage, the staff suggested switching to a Suburban. It turned out they were right, and it wasn't a forced upgrade.

Because I arrived at 8 PM, there was no queue.

At San Francisco International Airport, all the rental companies are in one area and connected by a tram, which is very convenient. They'll try to upsell you to a higher class vehicle (telling me there's a half-price upgrade promotion) and add insurance. Because of the language barrier, my contract included an extra insurance. I immediately questioned it, showed my QEEQ order, and told them 'zero, zero'. They said my insurance didn't cover emergency rescue, and I declined it. They later canceled it and told me 'don't worry'. Importantly, you don't need to print out the pickup form; just tell them the pickup confirmation number. Printing a document abroad can be troublesome and usually requires self-service credit card payments. I once spent $17 to print a pickup form, but it became invalid later due to rebooking! I hope QEEQ's customer service advises customers not to worry about printing.

The car was in great condition!
