I wanted to rent a car with a spacious backseat that could fit three 24-inch suitcases, so I specifically chose a Volkswagen Golf. However, when I arrived at the rental office, there were only two Indian staff members with very average attitudes, and they said only the CHR was available. Pick-up and drop-off were very convenient. Although they promoted full insurance, they remained very friendly when I declined.

Hertz service was good. The wait time to pick up the car was quite long, but there was a staff member to check the car upon return. Our car's windshield had a small dent from a rock, which was noted by the staff. Once the return process was completed, I received the billing statement a few days after returning home. The damage assessment was reasonable, good service.
