When I called the company about a question I was on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered. Also because I rented the car for 26 hours they charged me for 2 FULL DAYS.
Wait time was more an hour to pick up the car i received, the staff tried to upsell everyone over and over again. Car I ordered was unavailable. Return area has no carts to help getting luggage to terminal. Staff is at Fox is generally disinterested. Will never rent from Fox again.
