The car was in good condition and the service was excellent.

The vehicle was in excellent condition! The navigation system was impressive and accurate! Picking up and returning the car was very convenient!

The service was great. Both renting and returning the car were very convenient, especially since the car was in excellent condition. I used a long-wheelbase Passat, and its power was impressive, much better than many in my country, and it even had navigation, though I didn't use it much.

Specifically booked a Manual car but the on pick up the counter staff advised that they had no manual cars available. I was not advised beforehand about this and had no option at pick up but to take an automatic car. This was certainly disappointing although the condition of the automatic car was fine.
