After driving away, my friends checked the receipt and informed us. We then contacted Zuzuche's customer service, who said the signed fees couldn't be canceled. I want to point out that Zuzuche's competitiveness isn't in its rental prices but in its convenience for Chinese speakers who don't understand English. Therefore, they should ensure either Chinese-speaking staff or Chinese rental contracts in collaboration with local businesses to make sure customers fully understand the contracts they sign.
