No queues, no store, both times we went directly to the parking lot. Communication in Mandarin was convenient, but the professionalism needs improvement.
It felt like renting a tractor. All four tires were worn down to the steel wires. At 70 mph, the entire car shook. It was very dangerous! Called the rental company throughout the trip, but no one ever picked up! Couldn't reach anyone. Never renting from this company again.
