Extremely satisfied

Scheduled pickup time was around 8:30, but staff only arrived at 9:30 due to some reason. Understandable, but punctuality would be better.

Very satisfied. The return process with Leo was excellent; he was friendly, generous, and thorough. No waiting in line, got the car immediately.

The staff sent the wrong pickup location via SMS, so we had to take an Uber for 50 minutes to get the car, which delayed our schedule.

It felt like renting a tractor. All four tires were worn down to the steel wires. At 70 mph, the entire car shook. It was very dangerous! Called the rental company throughout the trip, but no one ever picked up! Couldn't reach anyone. Never renting from this company again.
