The service was great, and the car pickup process was very quick. It only took 10 minutes to complete the paperwork after arriving at the store. The car was in excellent condition and had unlimited mileage, so we could drive as much as we wanted.
I used to always rent from Budget or Avis, but often had to wait in long lines and the car model was unknown, which isn't very friendly for people who aren't good at driving! The specified model option here is excellent. It was my first time driving an X5, and it felt very smooth.
