When picking up the car, we were told that our selected model was not available. We had to wait for a Chinese-speaking guide to communicate with us, and they suggested a refund if the car was not available. Eventually, we got the car we selected.
It was okay, but this company charged the deposit directly instead of holding it, and refunded it after the return. I lost some money due to exchange rate fluctuations, which felt unfair. Other than that, everything else was fine.
Picked up the car at Melbourne airport. Waited in line for about half an hour. The process was quite simple, but there was no guidance when picking up the car, which was a bit confusing. Had to go back and forth between the parking lot and the store entrance twice.
Highly recommend, staff were nice and gave us an upgrade, smooth pick up and drop off, no hassle
