When I arrived at the airport, no one answered the phone at ACE, but thankfully I saw an ACE shuttle and took it directly to their site. Otherwise, it would have been a bit of a hassle.

Exceeded expectations! they were so great to deal with from when the shuttle picked us up, to signing paperwork and offering the pre-paid fuel. We even upgraded to a Hydbrid car and all was very reasonablly priced
The car return location at ZQN was closed due to lack of staff. They asked us to return the car in Hertz counter. We always missed our flight because of this.

Good and puntual service, though I would like the price drop protector to be more reactive.
On collecting the car the counter staff advised that booking directly with Ace was easier than booking with Easyrent. The full insurance would be straight forward and the details simpler.
