The counter staff explained everything clearly and provided a GPS device. The GPS had free Wi-Fi and calling features, which were great! Except for the fact that the navigation wasn't very precise, it was convenient to use.

Procedures are convenient, car pickup and return are easy. The service was great; we rented the car for 19 days and traveled over 6,000 miles, changing cars three times without any issues.

Very good car and value for the price. Overall experience was good, but the staff sold me an option i didn’t intentionally subscribed (no gas tank refill before return). Probably frustrated because i was not giving any upsell, declining all options given at the counter.
