When returning the car, the staff said the driver's seat was dirty and we had to pay for it. But it was already like that when we rented it. Since the staff member at pickup wasn't the same person when we returned the car, the return staff insisted it was our fault. The stains looked old and not recent. Since we were in a hurry to catch a flight, we negotiated and ended up paying 160 yuan instead of the 200 yuan they initially demanded. The staff asked for 160 yuan personally to handle the issue, and we didn’t get a receipt. It was a really unfortunate experience.

Inspection showed no issues and we signed off, but later they emailed claiming there was damage and charged me nearly a thousand yuan without reason. This is a terrible company!!

I tried calling the number for Fast rent a car couple of times but calls were not answered. that was very disappointing.

we liked the car but it wasn't full of gas when we got it even though I requested it, and was told to bring it back same. of course it's hard

There was a scratched area on the lower rear bumper which had been partly repainted which neither the FAST agent nor me spotted at time of pick-up but which was noticed on return. I am concerned that I may end up being liable for damage which I did not cause.
