Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

GCC Driving License

GCC Nationals, which includes the countries of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and UAE， must provide their valid GCC Driving Licence.

Like: Parked car in another part of airport car park (not the drop off area) and was still able to go through the drop off procedure. I would rent from again.
Dislike: Nothing to do with the rental company, but dropping the car off back to the right place within the airport was a pain. Airport doesn't have enough signs. Ended up using up too much fuel and getting charged since car was no longer showing full tank. Also I wished they had a base in terminal 3, as travelling to terminal 1 with a lot of luggage and in the heat was very uncomfortable.

There was a scratched area on the lower rear bumper which had been partly repainted which neither the FAST agent nor me spotted at time of pick-up but which was noticed on return. I am concerned that I may end up being liable for damage which I did not cause.

The car was very basic compared to the one advertised. I landed at terminal 2 and the pickup was at terminal 1. There was no shuttle between the terminals and I had to catch a taxi to go from one to the other. Once I did get there however, the staff at the counter were very helpful.

Car was terrible, scratched all over and stinking of smoke. I heard several other customers complaining in the queue ahead of me. I was able to change car after a day because it was so bad but I had to spend almost 2 hours doing so! The second car was fine but I collected in the dark and failed to check the rear interior properly, when I returned car I was charged for a stain on the back seat although had never used the back seat! 3 months a further unsubstantiated charge was made to my credit card by fast rent a car. DONT just take my word for it read many negative reviews on google.

1- during the process to receive the car told me model 2017 even i asked for new model!!!!!! 2- during pick up the car I waited around 30 minutes (that’s bad) 3- when they brought the car was very old car 2015 4- the car very dirty 5- the battery of the car died after 3 days 6- when I called emergency number 800 nobody answered 7- i called ALAIN branch thanks god they answered and bring another car. The efficiency was very low. Despite no queue, we were made to wait for an hour. There was no service at all, and the staff were unfriendly. After returning the car, we were charged two small fees, each less than 60 dirhams. The experience was very poor. We picked up the car half full and were asked to return it with a full tank, and it had been cleaned beforehand. We were inexplicably charged two small fees. Don't be lured by the cheaper prices; the subsequent strange charges add up to more than other international car rental companies.

When returning the car, the staff said the driver's seat was dirty and we had to pay for it. But it was already like that when we rented it. Since the staff member at pickup wasn't the same person when we returned the car, the return staff insisted it was our fault. The stains looked old and not recent. Since we were in a hurry to catch a flight, we negotiated and ended up paying 160 yuan instead of the 200 yuan they initially demanded. The staff asked for 160 yuan personally to handle the issue, and we didn’t get a receipt. It was a really unfortunate experience.
