The lack of Chinese service resulted in buying insurance on Zuzuche and then repurchasing it locally. When returning the car with a full tank, they still asked for fuel payment, but it was resolved smoothly through Zuzuche customer service without extra charges.

As I mentioned before, walking to the airport should be accurate, if driving navigation is inaccurate. It's hard to find the car rental return location at the airport.

There was no line when picking up the car, it was very quick. The staff member was a friendly Black man. There was no hard-sell during the process, just pick up your car with your card. The person handing over the car was a very nice White girl who upgraded the car for free, and she was very patient with the three car changes. Overall, I have a good impression of the ALAMO branch in Toronto.
