The counter staff were generally useful, but not very enthusiastic. The car came with the baby car seat not attached. I was told I will need to clean the vehicle before checkout or face additional charges, but this was not the case when returning the vehicle (mine was a little dusty, from normal use).
On checkout, the shuttle van driver was not very helpful, took forever to help us get in the car and initially did not want to help install the baby car seat for us, claiming the law requires I install it, which would’ve taken a few additional minutes as not all baby car seats are the same.

Car was in good condition, had some fuel in tank, car was clean in and out, however front windshield wasn't the cleanest one(from inside), be aware to check all the damage and take detailed pictures as they will find everything they can to claim money for damage you haven't done. After short discussion they have let go of this. It's good idea to have extra insurance.

Very easy booking process, everything explained as it should be.
Yes the car was fine from begeening,I book for a economy but I upgrade at the rental place to bigger and I don't regret.Only think suuggest I left is a small wallet with changes ,but maybe will back to me ,if someone found.Overall very well and good company,compare where I rent in Krakow Airport ,where you drop -off vehicle and nobody check in ,and then you pay for a damage ,because someone damage.

Things I didn't appreciate (actually I was very upset about them) with Green Motion are?
1. Long list of damages an price list to review and accept
2. Expactation that I will prepay for cal wash or I will do it before droping off !!!!
3. Tank wasnt full and expectation that I will match the same fule level at drop off.
