When we picked up the car in Los Angeles, communication over the phone was timely. The girl who picked us up at the store had a great attitude and recommended places to visit and eat. She also gave us driving tips.

The car did not include liability insurance so was forced to buy this. The price was therefor not so cheap. Easy car should inform customer about this.
Like: Staff was nice & informative, no upsell or fraudulent charges. We were also picked up & dropped off in a Mercedes van, which was nice. Dislike: Everything was fine.
