Long waiting time in line

There were many additional charges (even though I upgraded the car model), but not sure why there were extra fees causing the rental price to be very expensive. I have filed a complaint for after-sales service.

Excellent service. Since it was my first time driving on a toll highway and I didn't know how to pay, a Hertz employee was very helpful and called to pay the toll for me when I returned the car. I'm truly grateful; they saved me a lot of money. For future visitors driving in the U.S., if you don't want to take the highway, set the GPS to avoid highways. If you're okay with highways, remember that at toll booths, you have to exit the main line to pay and then merge back in.

Voiture réservé: DODGE CHALLENGER, sauf que hertz n’en avait pas, après plusieurs tentatives de propositions de véhicules de rechange de la part du personnel (Ford fusion ou similaire).. hertz a accepté de me donner les clés d’une DODGE CHARGER. c’était un minimum, merci
