Overall quite satisfied, the car is very new

They gave me a much cheaper car than I booked... and claimed the car had snow tires to cover the price difference... However, every car actually has snow tires... No need to pay extra for them... And there's no snow tire charge on the invoice.

The waiting time for picking up the car depends on the number of people in line. There's only one counter, so if there are many people, you just have to wait.

I had already bought full car insurance and personal insurance on the website, but they kept pushing us to buy additional coverage and wanted us to pay extra for a better car, which was quite uncomfortable.

Picking up the car required waiting in line for a while as there was only one staff member. I drove it smoothly for 12 days, covering over 3000 kilometers across the US and Canada. Returning the car was also smooth, with the bearded attendant giving me the all-clear in less than a minute.
