The return process was very rough, and I was overcharged. There was a quarter tank of gas left, but they charged me for a full tank. They pre-charged for the tolls, then didn't check at the return and just took the full amount, over 100 dollars. I had to go to the counter to cancel it.

The staff was responsible and patient in helping us select a vehicle, but they constantly tried to sell us a full tank of gas and road assistance, which was quite annoying!
