Very efficient service, both picking up and returning the car were quick. Surprisingly, no deposit was required.

I rented a RAV4 from Budget, and the car was about 80% new and in very good condition. Both the interior and exterior were well-maintained, and the vehicle's performance was great. However, the additional insurance fee was too high. We added comprehensive insurance, which cost more than half the rental fee. If the insurance costs were lower, I'd definitely recommend it more strongly.
