The service attitude was good. If they could provide pick-up and drop-off services or send us a map from the hotel to the store before we place the order, it would be perfect.
There were no lines at the Budget counter at Perth Airport when picking up and returning the car. The staff was very friendly and patiently explained the rental details and traffic rules in Western Australia. We received an almost brand new car with only a few hundred kilometers. Overall, this was a great rental experience!
