At the airport, a black employee handled the paperwork but never mentioned an upgrade, just told us it was a Chevrolet. I agreed, thinking it was a similar type, and I can communicate in English without any problems. They also didn't inform me about the $20 charge because my husband was driving. They just had him keep selecting 'agree' without any explanation. When we returned the car, we got charged $80 and only then realized what had happened. Very angry. When we picked up the car, we saw it was a 5+2 seater and asked the staff at the station who confirmed it was the one. We drove off. I've already filed a complaint with the rental company and called to complain in the US. Originally, the rental wasn't cheap, and now it's even more expensive, about $107 per day. Very frustrated. Last year we also used this rental company for our US road trip, and it was fine. I hope you can resolve this issue because we would like to continue being your customers.

The car is in good condition. Although it's a 2014 model, it feels very new.

Cuando quise cambiar la hora de recogida me dijeron que no se podía . Llamé a avis y me dijeron que no había problema . Que ellos garantizan la reserva hasta 24 horas después de la recogida original .
