Overall satisfactory, but the sales representative was not aware that we had already purchased full insurance through QEEQ and still tried hard to sell us additional insurance, even asking the platform staff to call him! Luckily, I firmly explained that we already had full insurance, which was not visible in their system, and the sales representative relented. At the car lot, you can choose your vehicle yourself, though it may not be the exact model you had in mind; it will be from the same series. We ended up with a Nissan mid-sized car, which performed well and was easy to drive!

I had to wait in line for hours and they didn't refund me after giving a lower tier car.

I booked a Ford Focus but was told it wasn't available. They should have upgraded for free, but they were unwilling to do so and forced me to buy optional insurance. I mentioned I had already prepaid, but because the receipt was in Chinese, Dollar Car Rental didn't acknowledge it. Unable to communicate effectively, I had to opt for a much smaller car. Very unsatisfied with the service.

The service was very good. Staff are frinedly and helpful. Price is reasonable. Unfortunately, I picked up a car that might need attention on its underchasis. There's noise that you can hear. Perhaps the ball joints? Aside for that, everytjing is great.

I love the app and the service. So easy to use and it kept its promise!
