The car was in excellent condition. Although I rented a BMW, they provided a hybrid Mercedes, which was very new and drove great.

The process of picking up and returning the car was very smooth. I had rented from them in the US before, so there was almost no waiting time in Lyon.

Max sped us through the process from the welcome desk to showing us the car. HE PRE-EMPTED ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD AND MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS SEAMLESS. Particularly liked the way he showed us the size measuring card for bumps and dents that would count or not, and also appreciated the lack of hard sell trying to make us upgrade. A terrific experience!
