Your company clearly doesn't have Chrysler convertibles, only Mustangs. Why advertise falsely? Then you tried to make us pay extra to rent a Chevrolet sports car, which is twice as expensive. Various excuses were given, like the Mustang is not available, only one is in stock, and it's not coming back. You insisted we rent the Chevrolet. I said I don't need navigation or insurance, but you forced us to take them, otherwise the car price would be even higher. What's the logic? When I got to the US, it was too late to switch rental companies! It felt like there were too many uncertain factors, too many human errors! This company is nowhere near as professional, straightforward, and convenient as the SUV rental company I've used before. I couldn't even choose the car; it was forced upon me with additional charges. I booked a total price of over 2000 RMB, but ended up paying nearly 4000 RMB at the location. Terrible!

Overall, it's still pretty good~ the waiting time is a bit long! Also, the staff tried to upsell us on a different model. Just ignore them!

Thanks to QEEQ's pre-rental reminders, I knew I didn't have to pay extra as I had already paid in full. Despite repeatedly telling the counter staff that I had purchased comprehensive insurance in China, they insisted it wasn't valid, which was quite annoying. When I picked up the car, it didn't seem to match the model I had selected. A few days later, I rented the same model from AVIS and realized it had much more space. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for.
