We already bought insurance from Zuzuche, but when we picked up the car at the French branch, they tried to sell us additional insurance. We didn't sign any contract, yet 10 minutes after picking up the car, they charged us over 250 euros. This company is a scam. Don't use Budget's cars in the future. Also, be aware of the store clerk named Simon; he's the one who tricked us.

They didn't inform me about the insurance when picking up the car, only mentioned the deposit. In the end, they charged me 3599.82 RMB for insurance. It's a rip-off! Currently appealing to the rental company.

Seamless car pickup at the airport

I mentioned many times at the counter that I had already purchased comprehensive insurance from my home country, but they kept trying to sell me their glass and commercial insurance.
