1. Booked a Toyota Corolla but received a Hyundai Elantra on site.
2. The car was in poor condition with over 60,000 km on the odometer. Usually, it should not exceed 30,000 km.
3. Tires were aged and one leaked midway. I had to replace the tire myself at a cost of CAD 180, and the rental company refused responsibility.
4. The return location was difficult to find and had no signs outside the parking building. It took a long detour and guidance from Hertz staff to locate it.
It was a very heartwarming and convenient car rental experience. The staff was friendly, kind, and humorous. Picking up and returning the car was simple and easy. I'll definitely come back next time.
