This was my first time using this company, and it was particularly troublesome. The car pickup was very slow, and they tried to push extra insurance on me. The final billing was unclear, with many issues. I won't use them again – a very poor experience.
Pretty good overall, but they were quite pushy with upselling. We kept saying we didn't need it. The Frankfurt counter was a bit further away from the others, had to walk a few extra steps.
Very poor service from the rental location. They exploited the language barrier to add hidden charges, increasing the total cost deceptively. They even swapped my car for a small Opel SUV, which was totally unexpected.
The airport service was good, although it took a bit of time to find the counter.
