Convenient pick-up process with clear instructions. Remember to ask if third-party insurance is included. We ended up spending $17 per day purchasing $2 million third-party insurance ourselves.

When we arrived at the store, they said there were no cars available. We had two options: pay extra or wait for someone to return their car. Waiting would take 4 hours, so we agreed to pay extra. They charged us an additional $100 per day, totaling $200. For just a Polestar 2, that comes to $200 per day, which is outrageous. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend renting a car from Dollar; it's really poor.

Found the rear bumper damaged when picking up the car; they quickly replaced it with another vehicle. Returning the car took less than 5 minutes!

It was okay. The queue was relatively quick. They initially gave me a Korean car, but I was not satisfied after picking it up. They immediately helped me switch to another car. However, the staff seemed to be South American and their English was not very good, so communication was difficult.
