The customer service at night only speaks French, no English. They said they would call me back after our conversation, but I never received a call all night. The customer service experience was poor. Returning the car at Paris airport was very complicated. It is recommended to communicate the complexity of returning the car in advance and provide multiple reminders. Without these, it would be almost impossible to return the car smoothly. Fortunately, I went to return the car ahead of time; otherwise, I might have missed my flight back home. It took three whole hours to find the car return location at the airport — a tough experience. I strongly suggest optimizing this process!

The service was good but finding the rental office and the return address was difficult. However, they upgraded us to a Peugeot 5008, which was quite large for a woman to drive.

All the staff at Alamo as very professionnal, no pressure for buy extra assurance or un grade the vehicule. My best experience for Rent a car. Les employés étaient vraiment très professionnels et courtois. Pas de vente à pression et les agents étaient sympathiques, courtois. J’ai loué plusieurs véhicules à l’avenir ça sera chez Alamo. Bravo à toute l’équipe de l’aéroport de Lyon.
