Almost all the rental and return staff were Indian. I felt like I was in India. However, the service was efficient and courteous, as expected from Hertz.
They didn't provide the reserved car and didn't offer a free upgrade to an equivalent or better car. Various upselling of additional services, which is related to the sales point and the staff, not the company itself. The location was Melbourne Airport.
The queue at Melbourne Airport was shorter compared to other companies when picking up the car. Returning the car was also quick. A staff member took photos around the car and printed out a receipt. Of course, the car was in good condition as well.
