Quick pick-up and return process!

I filled in the wrong return time when placing the order. After picking up the car, I realized the return time was set 3 hours earlier. I informed them about this but wasn't assured, so I reiterated the issue via WeChat. When returning the car, they charged me over 400 because I returned it 2 hours later according to the order time and penalized me with two days of rental fees. What a terrible experience.

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR

Well exceeded my expectations. Really would be using their services again.

Took a while to phone through for shuttle to the store. At the store, we waited around 1.5 hrs before we got our car. They were so understaffed that the car was sitting there for a long time waiting for them to do a quick clean. At the end of my rental, I returned the car 1.5hrs early in case they were running late. However, after my flight home I received a call from Aucar to say I was suppose to return the car at this time. So had to explain to the staff I've already returned it earlier, I even signed off on their checklist. Based on my experience, this company is very unorganized. Base rental price was good but cost for additional driver was quite dear. If you use this company, make sure you allow more time for pickup and dropoff.

Booking process was easy. It would have been good to include the extra cost for additional drivers.
