The rental service at Terminal 2 was closed, so I had to go to Terminal 1 where there were not enough staff. It took nearly two hours to get the car.

We arrived at the store on time but were told the car we reserved was unavailable and were offered a Hyundai instead, which was far from what we wanted. We had to pay extra to rent a Skoda. How can they operate this way? I suggest avoiding this rental company as they don't reserve the car you book!
