The car condition was okay, and the return process was very convenient. You basically need to do a quick check and you're free to go. However, the pickup and drop-off locations from QEEQ were very unclear. Nobody could accurately tell me the exact location. I suggest adding pictures and more detailed instructions.
Additionally, regarding local traffic fines, I recommend that QEEQ provides assistance or directly handles these. This is one of the most important services from an agent. QEEQ is essentially an agent or intermediary, but many things I had to handle directly with third parties. I signed the contract with QEEQ, so I feel like QEEQ is trying to avoid responsibility.
The rental location is convenient and easy to find, the service attitude is very good, and the staff are very attentive. Picking up the car is very easy, and the car is in excellent condition. I rented a car that was less than a month old and had only driven 1,700 kilometers. The car was very clean inside and out when I picked it up. Returning the car took less than a minute.
