Horrible experience. No cars available even with reservation.

Will not use again. Refused to accept my commercial insurance even though I own the company and it was a business trip. Were convinced they were going to shake me down for their bogus insurance scam. I was ready to walk at that point. Very shaky company. Car was filthy. Had to run it through a car wash and my wife had to wash the windows. Huge dent in the rear. Had to drive all week in that wrecked POS Was nearly on empty—had to get gas on day 1 Will make sure from now on to use the reputable firms even if I have to pay more. I’m one and done.

The staff was friendly and helpful but with only one person working at the counter we waited a long time for service upon pick up. Not fair to the customer or to the poor girl who had a long line of customers to serve.

It was easy to book and the car was fine.

They suck don't ever use them. Tried to charge me an extra $150. Never ever even got the car. Ended up using Uber and leaving that place.

The lady who answered me, gave me a very poor service. Worried all the time in selling me insurance proposal and toll tag service, she did not bother to pass my credit card manually, causing the transaction to be declined for 3 times, not completing the situation on that date, what forced me to take a uber sercice to the hotel and another one to come back in Green Motion in the day after, generating a loss of US$50.00.

Car was only 3/4 full of fuel and I had to bring it back full or I would have gotten charged it. Other wise happy with company.
