Good and clean car! BUT the pickup and drop is NOT in the airport!!, it was hard geting in and out and took a lot of time ( ~1h), and it wasnt clear at time of reservation

It took over an hour to complete the paperwork. Terrible service. I booked an SUV but got a station wagon instead. If I had known, I would have booked the station wagon from the start, since it's cheaper. They charged £120 for a second driver. When I wanted to cancel, they told me it was fine and that I would get a refund, but I never received it.

Like: Good cars, free.
Dislike: My car was not washed and clean up inside (rubbish inside- crips everwhere, grapes, empty bottle and dirty outside). They said they were busy and had no time to clean the car...but they gave me an upgraded car.
