Take my advice, book your car early and choose the largest size available if possible! Don't make the mistake I did—five people squeezing into a full-size SUV. After loading the luggage, it still felt cramped, and some of us are on the heavier side. I ended up paying extra to upgrade to a minivan. The staff member at pickup was very helpful, and the upgrade cost was reasonable within company policy. They provided us with a brand-new limited edition vehicle with only 200 miles on it. Luckily, we switched cars—my travel companions were very satisfied with the rest of the trip.
Extremely poor experience! The staff were very unpleasant, it was a terrible car rental experience, and the customer service was highly irresponsible! I strongly advise against renting from this company, you will regret it!
Overall, it was pretty good, but they did push some upgrades like car model upgrades.
