Very poor experience. Firstly, I booked an Alfa but was forced to choose between a nine-seater manual and automatic. Because the car was too big, I opted for the automatic and had to pay an extra 20 euros. Secondly, I purchased full insurance, but the customer service told me to report to the police for a claim. The police did not accept it and did not provide any incident number. As a result, for a small scratch, the rental company charged me 200 euros.
It was quite convenient; both pickup and drop-off were very quick. The parking lot and the place to complete car rental formalities were very close to the arrival hall.
