When I picked up the car, it was dark, and I only noticed the right fender was scratched the next day. I honestly reported it when returning the car, and the rental company processed it quickly without any hassle.

Procedures are convenient, car pickup and return are easy. The service was great; we rented the car for 19 days and traveled over 6,000 miles, changing cars three times without any issues.

“Watch out for added extras”

Dollar counter staff bumped my booking up by €300 when you have been travelling arrive late at night you really do not want to haggle on a price you think you have booked. Counter staff asked me to explain the vehicle protection insurance as I hadn’t booked directly with them? He also added on baggage insurance , medical insurance and daily toll road charges !! Not impressed with that
