I returned the car on the scheduled day at the branch, but due to either miscommunication or improper handling of paperwork by the staff, the airport branch where I originally rented the car thought I hadn't returned it. They later notified me via email that I was two days late.

Europcar staff at collection point is good and helpful, however the collection point was confusing as it was off airport.

The off airport pickup point was pretty confusing as the instruction wasnt very clear. The staff at the phone helpdesk was quite helpful but was refer to a wrong location and spend quite long moving around to get the correct location.

Service was slow, there were two counters but even though there was congestion, one counter was unattended because the representative was on a lunch break. When it was our time, we were asked to allow another customer before since she started her pick-up process but had a problem with the payment. So she was delayed because of a problem caused by her but then the salesman also delayed us because of it which is poor service.

We booked a Toyota RAV4 but EasyRentCars booked a Hyundai Kona with Europcar. These are different class cars! EasyRentCars customer service said that they will refund the difference and to call once we drop off the car. So we did and then the customer service said that I should send the invoice and credit card payment. So it turns out now I have to deal with all the bureaucracy. I got a small car and had to squeeze my luggage, paid too much and now have to handle the paperwork. This is bad service. I should have been refunded or given another car on the spot.

Pick up was smooth... but only one staff there at the counter when drop off serving many customers... well, it was a Sunday morning, but still, there should be 2 more staffs working... The wait was too long and i had to attend an event so the staff told me to just leave the car key and go...

Ladies at the rental counter were very helpful and helpful. The off-site rental shuttle was a bit difficult to locate at first. The driver was very nice. At the counter the site was very busy with various rental agencies. And it was a busy site, and there was a minor confusion which car we were to receive. It all worked out though. There was missing Information concerning the toll roads in AU. I could not find anything within the contract nor on the website, so I needed to contact customer service to determine if the car contained a toll transponder, which it did. This was confirmed by the ladies at the rental counter, which was reassuring. Also, I turned the car in 2-days early, but it was unclear whether I would receive any funds back. The attendant at the return lot indicated that I would, but have not seen any action on my account.
