They seem very polite, but they charged me a £200 deposit. There was no accident or scratch, and no mileage overrun. But they later deducted £150, even though I had full insurance! I'm still waiting for the rental company's investigation results. I've rented cars abroad many times and this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. With only two days left to review, I'm writing this for everyone's reference.
Picking up the car at the counter at night was slightly slow, and a deposit was required, which they said would be refunded within two weeks. However, picking up and returning the car at the parking lot was very quick.
