When I asked an employee to check, they told me to take pictures myself and show them when returning the car. At drop-off, I showed the pictures, but the staff didn't even look at them and just had me sign and leave. If there are any additional charges, they need to be resolved later. I hope I don't get scammed. During the rental period, the car's navigation system kept shutting off automatically, requiring manual restart, which affected driving safety.
