I emphasized this again, especially when he asked for my credit card, saying, 'I have paid all the fees, I will not pay any more.' This male clerk kept saying he understood, but then he said because I was not a local resident, I needed to swipe my credit card. It turned out to be an extra service charge of $368.97, despite me making it clear, 'I will not pay for any other fee.' I am preparing to file a complaint locally in the US and request to check the footage of that day. Fight against this fraudulent store to the end!
