This Chicago location is run jointly with Avis. Firstly, there are no clear signs indicating that members should go to the second floor while non-members stay on the first floor, so I wasted an hour in line. The funniest part is that I then waited another hour and a half on the first floor because all the cars were rented out and they were waiting for returns. I landed at 2 PM and didn't get the car until almost 5 PM.

It was not the category I booked; they downgraded the car at will.

Maybe because it was a holiday, but I waited in line for half an hour.

Everything was fine. Not sure if there was an issue with the car as I was returning it.

No issues.

i was charged a drop off fee of $50.00 which was taken off once i showed them the voucher.
