Did not get the reserved model; the vehicle performance was not good, lacking power.

The service was inadequate. The car window was broken. I called and they said I could replace the car, but they made me go to two locations. When I got there, they said it couldn't be replaced and finally directed me to the airport location. The Chinese-speaking staff during the car replacement was nice, but the foreign staff had no expression and answered questions unenthusiastically.

Front desk service was very poor. They tried to give me a car with a broken rearview mirror, then pushed a lower-quality Nissan. There were charges not mentioned by the car rental company, and contacting the rental customer service was difficult and unhelpful.

Simple and convenient procedures, fast processing

No Chinese service, dislike renting through a third party, impatient customer service.
