Enterprise did not perform pre-rental maintenance on the vehicle; the fuel tank wasn't full, the car wasn't cleaned, the windshield washer fluid wasn't refilled, and the vehicle's condition wasn't thoroughly checked. The front left tire visibly had low pressure, but despite my clear indication, the rental continued, claiming the vehicle had no warning. This made the rental experience very nerve-wracking, posing potential safety risks. Additionally, after driving less than 700 kilometers, the vehicle warned of low engine oil (AB Blue) and indicated it would not start after 2400 kilometers; also, there was a tire pressure warning. Overall, this rental experience was alarming and stressful with very poor service. 2. I suggest that zhuanzhuche emphasizes to this partner that vehicle maintenance and safety checks must be conducted before renting out a car, prioritizing customer safety as the most important concern.

I reserved a car at Lyon train station, but when I arrived, I was told there were no cars available. They gave me two options: 1. Since our plan was to drive to Geneva, Switzerland right after picking up the car, we could take a high-speed train there and pick up the car in Geneva; 2. Stay in Lyon for a day and pick up the car the next day. Since we had already booked a hotel in Geneva and our schedule was tight, we had no other choice but to take the train to Geneva. I am extremely dissatisfied with the Lyon branch's solution. We had flown 12 hours to Paris, took a direct train to Lyon, traveled with a child and heavy luggage, and were exhausted from the journey. Upon arrival, we were told there were no cars and given no effective solution or prior notice. We even had to go to the station ourselves to buy train tickets to Geneva, and we had to contact them ourselves after returning home to get a refund for the related expenses. This is truly unacceptable!!
