1. The vehicle provided by Enterprise had not undergone pre-rental maintenance. The fuel tank was not full, the car was not cleaned, the windshield washer fluid was not refilled, and the overall condition of the car was not thoroughly checked. The left front tire visibly had low air pressure, but despite my explicit request, they still rented out the car, claiming there was no warning from the vehicle. This made the entire rental experience anxiety-inducing and presented potential safety hazards. Additionally, after driving less than 700 kilometers, the vehicle displayed a warning for low engine oil (AB Blue) indicating it would not start after 2400 kilometers. Simultaneously, the tire pressure warning also appeared... In short, this rental experience was nerve-wracking, very stressful, and overall quite unpleasant. 2. I suggest that Zuzuche should clearly require this partner to perform proper vehicle maintenance and safety checks before renting out a car. Customers' safety should be the top priority.

I reserved a car at Lyon train station, but when I arrived, I was told there were no cars available. They gave me two options: 1. Since our plan was to drive to Geneva, Switzerland right after picking up the car, we could take a high-speed train there and pick up the car in Geneva; 2. Stay in Lyon for a day and pick up the car the next day. Since we had already booked a hotel in Geneva and our schedule was tight, we had no other choice but to take the train to Geneva. I am extremely dissatisfied with the Lyon branch's solution. We had flown 12 hours to Paris, took a direct train to Lyon, traveled with a child and heavy luggage, and were exhausted from the journey. Upon arrival, we were told there were no cars and given no effective solution or prior notice. We even had to go to the station ourselves to buy train tickets to Geneva, and we had to contact them ourselves after returning home to get a refund for the related expenses. This is truly unacceptable!!

Overall, it was very convenient and quick. Although our English isn't great, we managed to communicate without too much trouble. During car pickup, the paperwork was done quickly and they even brought the car right to us. For the car return, based on previous descriptions, we easily found the return spot in a designated parking garage at Nice Airport.

Happy with the car. Picking up was a bit slow but this was because the car turned up late from the previous customer. Only thing I wasn't totally happy with was while checking the car before driving away I was asked again about what insurance I'd taken out. I thought I'd sorted that at the desk not to be questioned in the car park.
